The Master of General Psychology Concentration in Human Resource Management is a joint offering of the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business and the Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies.

Students who pursue a master’s degree in general psychology at Adelphi have the opportunity to choose a specialization in Human Resource Management that leads to a master’s degree in psychology and a certificate in human resource management. The specialization is offered in conjunction with Adelphi’s Robert B. Willumstad School of Business.

This unique program, which draws on the expertise of faculty from psychology and business, is tailored to students interested in human resources fields such as hiring and recruitment, management/employee relations and performance appraisal. A solid grounding in both psychology and business enables our graduates to increase productivity and enhance organizational performance.
