PIA 101: General Psychology 3 credits This course offers an introduction to the discipline and science of psychology and an explanation of the major perspectives of psychology (behavioral, biological, cognitive, evolutionary, humanistic, psychodynamic, and sociocultural). Behavior and mental processes are investigated through scientific inquiry into various areas of psychology.
